WW2 German M42 Helmet

Original WW2 M42 German helmet, discovered by a relic hunter and sold on to us. Looks likely to have been winter camouflage, as evidence of white paint can still be seen around the rim of the helmet.

There is some pitting and loss of area as you can see from the photos, but to be expected in a relic such as this.

A great item for any militaria collectors!
