Once you have contacted us and we have discussed you project we will confirm the project in an email. once we are complete we will send you images and a short video for you to approve.

Delivery Charges

Items will be shipped through a third party courier. Orders outside mainland UK will be subject to international shipping fees.

Free Shipping:Applies only to parcels being shipped to UK mainland and excludes Highlands and Islands. For all orders to Highlands and Islands shipping fees apply and will be calculated at checkout.

Items shipped using a pallet service: This is a next working day curb side delivery. The driver is not responsible for delivering the item into the building. Any parking or access for large vehicle restrictions must be reported before the shipment is booked in. Drivers are not permitted to park on double yellow lines or in other restricted areas. Failure of delivery will incur a ?25 re-delivery charge which must be paid before an additional delivery is attempted. Delivery times are between 09:00 and 17:00 with no time slot given.

All items purchased must be checked on receipt of delivery and any damage to goods to be reported within 24 hours. poplarbarn.com reserve the right to refund for damaged goods not reported within 24 hours.

We reserve the right to accept returns without prior contact and full justification. Returns will not be accepted and no refund issued without pre agreement.
