Using the latest CNC wood carving technology, we can provide any font or image on any type of wood you require. Items can be up to 1000mm x 1000mm, so it is perfect for anything from tables, desks, number plaques or larger shop signs.
As well as designing your custom carved item in collaboration with you, you can also send us over a Vector file of your design, and we will carve it for you.

Get yourself a custom carved desk or table with a logo or name of your choice! Carved using our CNC machine and then filled with epoxy resin in any colour. We love these so much that we even made our very own one for our Poplar Barn office. Perfect for the home office, kids room, man cave or students needing a place to study.

Custom Carved Feed Station
This started out as a weekend project for Poplar Barn’s own dog, Stanley. Since posting on Instagram we had a lot of response from people wanting one for their own beloved pets!
These are completely bespoke custom carved items, made to any width and height, with any bowl size and can be painted in a colour of your choice!
